About this website
This website presents accommodation information and provides a reservation-request service for Orchard Garden Hotel & Suites in Nassau, The Bahamas. DKIntel provides website development and technical support. Accommodation services, guest arrangements and reservation decisions are the responsibility of the hotel. A reference to the hotel does not transfer ownership of its name, trademarks or materials to DKIntel.
Reservation requests
Submitting a request does not confirm a stay. A reservation is confirmed only when the host accepts it. Pending requests temporarily hold accommodation and may expire if they are not confirmed by the deadline shown in the booking details. Once expired, a request no longer reserves accommodation.
Rates are shown in USD. Review the dates, guest count, itemized total and cancellation or deposit policy before submitting. Existing reservations retain their saved price unless a change is separately agreed with the hotel. Change requests do not automatically alter a reservation, its price or its cancellation terms.
No online payment is currently collected by this website. The hotel will communicate any required deposit and payment arrangements. Please do not include credit card details, passwords or other sensitive information in reservation notes or change requests.

Property descriptions, photographs, amenities and availability are provided for general information. They may change and may contain errors or omissions. Contact the hotel to confirm any feature or arrangement essential to your stay, including accessibility requirements, bed preferences, check-in arrangements and special requests.
Website access and automated notifications may be interrupted or delayed. An email marked “sent” indicates acceptance by the email provider, not guaranteed inbox delivery. Booking information & privacy
The reservation service records the details you submit, including your name, email address, stay dates, guest count, notes and change requests. It also records reservation status, pricing and notification history. These records support reservation handling, guest communication and hotel operations; booking notifications are processed through an external email service.
Host login uses a session cookie to keep the host signed in. Hosting and security providers may also process technical connection information and use security cookies. Keep your private booking link confidential: anyone holding it can view its booking details and submit a change request for an active reservation.
For questions about your booking information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact the hotel. Any request is subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
